https://tinyurl.com/yckn45tuJames Campbell and Kurt Kroese are proud to represent the Patels in their path to justice.  Hansaben Patel needlessly passed away as a result of a ongoing bleeding ulcer that was not properly treated.  Her family brought a wrongful death case against the gastroenterologists that provided the care, Dr. Fadi Deeb.  Dr. Deeb refused to negotiate to settle the case, and it proceeded to a jury trial. After a six day trial, the jury unanimously agreed that Dr. Deeb was at fault for Hansaben's death and awarded 2.62M in damages to Mr. Patel and his three sons.  This was a hard fought victory on behalf of the Patels, and we are proud and humbled to represent https://tinyurl.com/yckn45tuthem in this difficult time in their lives.
