Scott Biaggi started his legal career in 1994. Mr. Biaggi has represented plaintiffs in personal injury claims his entire career. He began with a large, high volume law firm in Tucson where he directed litigation for a significant number of personal injury claims and cases. This involved insurance coverage evaluations, managing paralegals and staff, and actively litigating the case. Mr. Biaggi has experience with personal injury matters involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and virtually every other type of case involving an injured person. Mr. Biaggi also is an experienced and highly competitive cyclist, which has led to a focus on cases involving injured cyclists, whether the claim involves the negligence of a motorist or a defective cycling product. The partnership of Biaggi & Kroese PLLC which formed in 2008 has led to a continuation of Mr. Biaggi's personal injury practice. Mr. Biaggi is available for representation in select personal injury matters and may also serve as a neutral third party, whether it be as an arbitrator or mediator of personal injury disputes.
