James Campbell Represent Cyclist Injured By Pothole

Jim successfully represented an experienced cyclist who was seriously injured while participating in a group ride. The group encountered a large pot hole and the lead cyclist crashed when encountering the hole. The governmental entity that was responsible for the road failed to adequately maintain the road. Also, it was notified of this exact pothole but failed to timely fix it.  JIm was able to show the county had notice of this defect yet failed to reasonably repair the road.
