James Campbell and Kurt Kroese are proud to represent the Patels in their path to justice.  Hansaben Patel needlessly passed away as a result of a ongoing bleeding ulcer that was not properly treated.  Her family brought a wrongful death case against the gastroenterologists that provided the care, Dr. Fadi Deeb.  Dr. Deeb refused to negotiate to settle the case, and it proceeded to a jury trial.
